Deputy Minister Of Finance Of Armenia Vakhtang Mirumyan Will Speak At Armenian Gaming Forum

Vakhtang Mirumyan, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, is going to become a speaker at Armenian Gaming Forum on the 19th of November. Key topic addressed by the speaker will be devoted to Ministry of Finance’s initiative limiting gambling advertising in the country.

Indeed, Ministry of Finance officials prepared a package of bills (changes to the law “On casinos and games with winnings”) limiting advertising of roulette and other Internet gambling. In other words, authorities aim to make limitations for online and offline venues equal. Offline operators are not allowed to advertise anywhere but in 4 and 5 star hotels, as well as at the borderline entry checkpoints. Government supported the initiative on April 22.

Vakhtang Mirumyan will explain the Ministry’s position towards the abovementioned initiative, answering the questions from the audience.

Don’t miss your chance to participate in the dialog with decision-makers. See you at Armenian Gaming Forum, which will take place soon – on November 19 in Yerevan!
